John Stephenson serves as the Chief Financial Officer at Saluda Hill Landscapes, bringing over 25 years of leadership experience across industries including landscaping, fitness, and real estate development. A strategic financial and operational executive, John is known for aligning financial planning with long-term organizational growth.

He holds an MBA with a focus in Finance from Webster University and a BS in Business Administration and Accounting from Eastern Kentucky University, where he also played collegiate baseball. Throughout his career, John has successfully led initiatives in tax planning, data analytics, HR and payroll oversight, IT systems, and stakeholder engagement.

At Saluda Hill, John leads the development of financial strategy, oversees systems implementation, and guides cross-functional teams in support of scalable growth. With a strong track record in operational efficiency, multi-million-dollar financing, and profitability optimization, his leadership plays a key role in moving the company forward.
