With nearly a decade of experience in digital marketing, team development, and leadership strategy, Steffi leads initiatives that align professional growth with company goals. She is passionate about developing people and building systems that empower them to thrive.

Steffi holds a Bachelor’s degree in Church Ministries from Southwestern Assemblies of God University and a Leadership Certificate from The Oaks School of Leadership. At Saluda Hill, she oversees individual development plans, manager training, feedback culture, and leadership pipeline strategies—ensuring the right people are in the right roles.
