Wendell Furtick, President and CEO, carries a proud legacy of dedication to agriculture and growth as the son, grandson, and great-grandson of farmers. His deep-rooted passion for farming and horticulture is reflected in his educational background, graduating from Clemson University with a degree in Agronomy and a minor in Horticulture.

With extensive experience in nursery management, hardscaping, and landscape production, Wendell has cultivated a career centered on innovation and excellence in the industry. A lifelong enthusiast of farming and growing, he brings a hands-on approach and an unwavering commitment to the values that shaped his upbringing.

Beyond his professional pursuits, Wendell is an active member of his church and cherishes time spent with his beautiful wife, Tracey, their three children, and grandchildren. His hobbies include fishing and flying.

As a dedicated member of the National Association of Landscape Professionals (NALP) and the Building Industry Association (BIA), Turfgrass Producers International (TPI), Wendell continues to contribute to the advancement of his industry with a focus on leadership, integrity, and community.
