  • What type of work do you do?

Saluda Hill Landscapes is a full-service landscape design company made up of several divisions. As a whole, we provide landscape design, installation, irrigation installs and repairs, drainage solutions, and commercial grounds maintenance.

  • How can I benefit from using all divisions of Saluda Hill Landscapes? (Commercial Projects)

Each division of Saluda Hill Landscapes operates as a separate company and can complete the phases of production beginning with the landscape design all the way to the maintenance of the property after the install is complete. Home builders would benefit from this scenario.

In this scenario, Saluda Hill Design Build would work closely with developers in initial phases of projects for land planning, master planning and incorporation of entrances and amenity features. Saluda Hill Landscapes would coordinate complete land and irrigation packages to be installed turn-key throughout the neighborhood. Our Design Build division will install the entrance and amenities, and to put the finishing touches and ensure long-term, quality curb appeal, Saluda Hill Grounds Maintenance would take over responsibility in maintaining all the common areas in the community.

As a bonus, Saluda Hill has an in-house landscape supplier (a wholesale/retail nursery), as a division of Saluda Hill that is an invaluable resource for providing on-going assistance with landscape planning for homeowners.

As you can see, the combined resources of Saluda Hill, Incorporated is an invaluable asset to any developer or builder.

  • Do you work in the winter?

We work all year round weather permitting.

  • Saluda Hill Landscapes installed my irrigation system. Am I still under Warranty?

Our limited warranty lasts one year.

If you live in a subdivision serviced by Saluda Hill Landscapes, and are still under warranty with your builder, please contact your builder to have them put in a repair ticket with us.

  • Are estimates free?

Yes. We provide free estimates for all of our work whether it is for landscape design, drainage solutions, or irrigation installation or repairs. Depending on the nature of the work, you will either receive a quick quote or one of our design specialists will contact you to set up an appointment, and write up your estimate after the site visit has occurred.

  • How long does the design process take? How long does the build process take?

Both processes vary depending on the size and nature of your project. Typically after your appointment, you can expect to receive your proposal within 1-2 weeks. Once your project has started, our team will keep you up to date with timelines, and projections of completion. Please note that all work is done weather permitting.

  • Can I purchase sod, mulch, or pine straw from you?

Saluda Hill Landscapes is an installer, we do not sell sod, mulch, or pine straw. We are more than happy to provide you with a quote and do the installation for you.

  • Do you work in all weather conditions?

Saluda Hill Landscapes feels strongly about protecting our employees from harsh weather conditions. In the event of storms, or extreme weather, our crews will not work and all projects on schedule will be postponed until it is safe to continue. Inclement weather will prohibit us from doing a successful, clean job.
